Mick and Ellie are Directors of the company which was founded in 1982, Mick holds the reins with the same hard work, determination and enthusiasm as on day one.  Ellie has provided the company with her expertise and full support in the day to day running of the company.

Laurie joined the company in 1991 and has progressed through the levels to become a junior partner within the company.  Laurie has achieved 2 Wamitab qualifications and is closely following in her parents footsteps to take over the running of the company when they eventually retire. 

Leah started with BSH in March 1998, climbing the ladder from an office administrator to now being Office Manageress, administrator for the companies accounts and our trade waste round, she is a valued member of the team!

Kelly began with the company in 2000 and managed our credit control department until the arrival of her own family.  She still keeps hands on by covering the office when we are short staffed.

Henry started as an artic driver in June 2000 and has now progressed through the ranks to become the general manager and also manages the transport office which is no easy task with over 40 vehicles on the road.
Lee began with BSH in February 2003, originally as a driver, progressing up to our Sales Manager, including visiting customers, old and new and dealing with the day to day tasks such as providing quotes and making site visits.

Matt started with the company in April 2010, taking on Managing Yard 2 (our dry recycling yard) and our biomass plant after construction.  He also oversees all H&S.

Simon Workshop Manager	Kevin Transfer Manager

Simon started as our Workshop Manager in July 2003, he has many years experience in commercial fitting and helps our other mechanics with the day to day tasks of fleet servicing, defects and the odd breakdown.

Kevin began with the company in March 1998 and has become a competent Manager of our transfer station, including being responsible for all recycling in the yard with the help of our labourers and machine operators.

Linda	Sandra	David East

Sandra and Linda are most likely to take your calls when placing an order.  Sandra deals with most calls and makes wonderful coffee, whilst Linda operates our credit control.

David began in 2004 and works in the transport office, checking tachographs, completing fuel orders and being Henry's right hand man when needed.  He also provides cover for our weighbridge when the operator is off.
